USA Hockey is requesting that it is the responsibility of all returning players to register on their website.

Returning Players need to register online.

New Players are registered with USA Hockey by the Sabres Sled Hockey Organization's registrar (Mason Newbold).

National Players can use the confirmation number given to them by the National Team.

All Returning and National Players must have their USA Hockey confirmation for registration. This confirmation ensures us that you are insured with USA hockey. PLEASE make sure you print this page out, and mail with registration papers. 

The registration fee with USA Hockey is $46.00, + NYS fee of $8.00=  $54.00. New players do not have to pay this fee.

 

Registration forms are located under Registration tab --> Registration forms. Please print and fill out all forms COMPLETELY. Mail to P.O. Box 113 Lockport, NY 14095 with payment. 

Registration fee is $150 per player

Junior Level Age Requirements

OSHA: 15 & Under, if turn 16 before 8/31 must move up or get a waiver to stay in Junior

USA Hockey: 18 & Under

Also any player 18 and over that has a minor on their team is required to complete a Safesport full course or refresher course every year, and Background Check is required every two years.
