Update on London Tournament Hotel, Please Read
by posted 12/18/2019

All,
Learned from Sport-Travel that the Homewood Suites will be closed for renovations during the London Tournament January 24-26th, so those who booked the Homewood Suites your reservation with now be at the Staybridge Suites. No re-booking is necessary. Confirmation numbers are attached in link below.
Confirmation numbers: click here

Staybridge Suites London, 824 Exeter Rd, London, ON N6E 1L5, Canada

E-mail from Sport-Travel:
"We have just heard from the Homewood Suites that they will be undergoing renovations during the time frame of your stay and therefore another neighbouring hotel option has been offered within the same hotel group for your team to stay at.

The Staybridge Suites has the following room types available for you at lower prices with similar service levels than you had at the Homewood.

18 Queen rooms plus a double pullout at $149.99 plus applicable taxes per night
11  1-Bedroom Double/Double rooms plus a double pullout at $169.99 plus applicable taxes per night
1    1-Bedroom King room plus a double pullout at $169.99 plus applicable taxes per night

The Staybridge is located directly across the street from the Homewood so location is practically identical. Amenities remain the same as well (Free parking, free breakfast and swimming pool)

Your current block at the Homewood is the following:

15  King rooms plus a double pullout at $163.30 plus applicable taxes per night
4  1-Bedroom Queen/Queen rooms plus a double pullout at $186.30 plus applicable taxes per night
11  1-Bedroom King rooms plus a double pullout at $174.80 plus applicable taxes per night

There is no need to have your team re-book. We will transfer reservations over ourselves, keeping room types similar as much as possible based on original selections and number of guests in the room and send out new reservation confirmations.

We apologize for this situation, however we were not aware until now of the renovation project. We believe the Staybridge is an excellent choice to relocate to and believe you will not have a lesser experience in any way."
