Statement on Reminder of 2019-20 Season
by posted 03/12/2020

Board of Directors today agreed to cancel reminder of our season. COVID-19 Coronavirus presents a high risk to many of our athletes. Health and safety of our players, coaches, & families is top priority. With Disabled Hockey Festival and CNY Tournament cancelled, and OSHA suspending play we find no reason to continue this season and put anyone at risk.

Regarding hotel for Disabled Hockey Festival, if you booked through PSE, who was handling host hotels, your reservation will be cancelled for you and any deposits will be refunded in next few business days. No actiom is needed. Email from PSE is at the bottom of this email.

Want to thank all players, coaches, families, volunteers, and donors for another great season in this great sport. Look forward to our end of the season banquet in a couple months and next season.

Statement from PSE Event Housing

"Dear Valued Guest,

PSE Event Housing and Tournament Organizers always keep our players and their family's health and safety as a top priority. We have been carefully monitoring the situation surrounding the COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) and the decision has been made to cancel the USA Hockey Disabled Festival 2.

To make the situation as easy as possible for our guests and attendees, PSE Event Housing will be automatically canceling all reservations for this event. All deposits (if you paid one) that were collected will be refunded in the next 7 to 10 days, and we also will ensure you will not face any penalties from the hotel property you had been booked with.

No action is needed from you at this time. Within the next business day, you will receive a confirmation email of your canceled reservation. Due to volume and events still canceling, this may take longer.

We sincerely apologize for this unfortunate situation, and we appreciate your business, patience, and understanding while we take care of this for you, your team, and your family."
